At Vionesse, We Are Committed To Ensuring You Are Delighted With Your Purchase. We Understand That Occasionally, A Return May Be Necessary. To Ensure A Smooth And Fair Process For Everyone, Please Review Our Return Guidelines Below:

Return Authorization : Our Team Will Review Your Request And, If Approved, Provide You With A Return Authorization And Detailed Instructions On How To Proceed.

Secure Packaging : Please Ensure The Item Is Securely Packaged In Its Original Packaging, If Possible, To Prevent Damage During Transit.

Inspection And Processing : Once We Receive The Returned Item, Our Team Will Inspect It To Ensure It Meets Our Return Conditions. Upon Approval, Your Refund Or Exchange Will Be Processed Within 24 Hours.

In Simple Terms, To Get A Refund, You Need To Make Sure Of The Following :

A. Keep Those Tags On! Every Item You Return Must Still Have All The Original Tags Attached. Don’t Remove Them If You Think You Might Want To Send Something Back.

B. It’s Gotta Be Brand New. The Clothing Must Be In The Exact Same Condition You Received It. This Means It Shouldn’t Have Been Worn, Used In Any Way, Or Washed. Think Of It As Returning It Straight From Opening The Package.

C. Nothing Missing! Make Sure You’re Sending Back Every Single Part Of The Item That Came With Your Order. If There Were Any Extra Pieces, Those Need To Be Included Too.

D. If Any Of These Conditions Aren’t Met, It’s Likely They Won’t Be Able To Process Your Refund.

Please Note That Once Proof Of Delivery Is Attached To A Tracking Number, Vionesse Is Not Responsible For Lost, Damaged Or Stolen Items. All Risk Are Assumed By The Courier.

Used Items : For Hygiene Reasons And To Maintain The Quality Of Our Products, We Cannot Accept Returns On Items That Have Been Worn Or Used.

Damaged Tags And Labels : The Original Vionesse Brand Label And Tag Card Must Be Intact And Attached To The Garment. Returns Will Not Be Accepted If These Have Been Removed, Damaged, Or Altered.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items : If You Receive A Product That Is Damaged Or Not The Item You Ordered, Please Contact Us Within 24 Hours Receiving Your Order. We Will Gladly Arrange A Return Or Exchange For You.

Manufacturing Defects : In The Rare Event Of A Manufacturing Defect, Please Notify Us Within 24 Hours Of Receipt With Clear Photographic Evidence. We Will Assess The Issue And Offer An Appropriate Resolution.
